DESCRIPTION:
The Godello grape provides wines that give off delicate aromas of great subtlety and tasty palate. Pale yellow with iridescence and lemon yellow flashes, very bright and clean. Fragrant aromas of fresh stone fruits (peach, apricot...) with mineral notes. It has body, structure, volume and an aromatic profile. Good palate, persistent with an intense and fruity finish.
VINEYARD :
Production Area: Paraje San Salvador in Valtuille de Arriba.
Average age: More than 80 years.
Soil Composition: Stony with the presence of slate, quartzite and other minerals.
Altitude: 650 meters.
ELABORATION:
Fermentation and aging on fine lees for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. Subsequently, it remains on its lees for another 12 months in a stainless steel tank.
CONSUMPTION:
Advisable temperature for consumption between 10º and 12º C.
